Premi acts solely as a promotional and discovery platform. We do not own, operate or control the businesses, products or services featured within the app unless explicitly stated.

3. Offers and Promotions

All offers, discounts, vouchers and promotions are created and provided by participating businesses.

Businesses may amend, suspend or withdraw promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

Premi cannot guarantee the availability, pricing or redemption of any offer and is not responsible for disputes relating to promotions or transactions between users and businesses.

4. Business Listings

Whilst we make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on Premi is accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that business details, opening hours, locations, descriptions, pricing or availability will always be correct.

Users should confirm important information directly with the relevant business before travelling or making a purchase.

5. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity carried out under their account.

You must not:

Impersonate another person or organisation.
Create accounts using false information.
Share your account with others.
Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

When using Premi you agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
Copy, scrape or extract platform data without permission.
Upload unlawful, offensive or misleading content.

All Premi branding, logos, software, graphics, text and platform content remain the intellectual property of Premi or its licensors.

Business names, logos and trademarks displayed within Premi remain the property of their respective owners.

If you choose to enable location services, Premi may use your device location to display nearby businesses, offers and events.

Location sharing is entirely optional and can be disabled through your device settings at any time.

9. Third-Party Services

Premi is not a party to transactions between users and businesses.

Any purchases, bookings or services obtained through participating businesses are governed by the business’s own terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premi shall not be liable for:

Booking disputes.
Losses arising from reliance on business information.
Interruptions to platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Business Partner Terms

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all listings, images, pricing, offers, promotions and other information submitted to Premi are accurate, lawful and kept up to date.

Businesses agree to honour valid promotions published on Premi unless they have clearly expired or been withdrawn in accordance with applicable law.

Premi reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or detrimental to the platform or its users.

Coupon & Promotion Policy

All promotions submitted to Premi must:

Clearly describe the offer.
Include any relevant terms and conditions.
State expiry dates where applicable.
Explain redemption requirements or restrictions.
Comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

Premi reserves the right to reject, edit or remove any promotion that is misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or otherwise unsuitable.

Community Guidelines

Users are expected to:

Premi may suspend or permanently remove accounts that breach these guidelines.
